Pamela Matheson-Garney (Miss Daisy) is a qualified chef and cookery teacher who has been delighting diners with her menu creations for more than 25 years.
In addition to corporate cookery for a number of large Sydney law firms, Pamela has specialised in, and taught, a number of different styles of cookery including Japanese, Chocolate and sweet making, Chinese and Kosher food.
Having taught at TAFE for many years, Pamela has also been a trainer for homeless youths and special needs groups in restaurants in Sydney well before Jamie Oliver made it fashionable.
Pamela’s flamboyant cooking and teaching style is certain to be one of the many highlights of your stay at AJ’s.
